Find Service Request

To open the Find Service Request tool, click Find Service Request in SERVICE REQUESTS.

Fill in the CaseID, Customer or Contact name (or partial name) of a service request you want to find.

Select the necessary object All information in Vine is stored in the server database as named objects of different types. Examples: a company, a person, an event, a sales case. type if you want to limit the output.

Click Find. The objects matching your search string will be listed In lists objects are represented by small icons and object names. Icons help you to recognize object types. Press a keyboard character (a letter or a digit) to jump to the list item that starts from this character. The first matching item will be chosen, counting from the top of the list..
If you were searching by CaseID then the service request with the given CaseID will be listed.
If you were searching by Customer or Contact name then all the matching companies and people will be listed. Double –click the needed company/person and all service requests connected Vine objects are linked to each other by connections. Vine shows an object together with links to all objects directly connected to it. to it will be shown in a table view on the right:
