Overview

Vine Document Management enables company employees to easily store and securely share documents within the organization using the central database archive. Documents in their native format can be added to the database with a mere drag-and-drop operation and, once added, can be downloaded by other authorized users for online or offline use.

The Document Management system watches for changed documents to be automatically uploaded to the database thus ensuring that only the latest and accurate files are shared across the company. If needed, the tool can keep a complete document history with the possibility to rollback to any previously stored version.

The document management tool seamlessly integrates with the Vine environment and adds commands, such as Edit Document, View Old Versions in the shortcut menu shown when a document is right-clicked.
