Overview

A Questionnaire object All information in Vine is stored in the server database as named objects of different types. Before you can use a questionnaire, it has to be properly designed and connected to you among other sales people and to customer companies. Then, for example, on a sales meeting at a customer, you can create an event which will have the Next button enabled:

Questionnaire Requirements

A valid questionnaire which can be used for an event’s survey pages must meet the following requirements:

• It must be in the ‘Active’ phase In Vine Marketing, a phase is an independent stage of a query. It has its operation type and criteria loaded in its Contents field. (or ‘Closed’ for events in the past).

• It must have a list of connected questions to be shown

• It must have ‘Customer’ connections to customer companies or be marked as a “Default Questionnaire” to be used for companies with no questionnaire connected

• It must have ‘Sales Person’ connections to sales people

• It must have proper start and end dates to define when the questionnaire should be used

Event Requirements

For an event to get access to a questionnaire’s pages, it must meet the following requirements:

• The event’s type must match the value of the Event Type field set in the questionnaire.

• The event’s start and end dates must be within the start and end dates of the questionnaire.

• The event’s ‘Responsible’ person is connected to the questionnaire

• The company of the event is connected to the questionnaire (or there is a questionnaire marked as ‘default questionnaire’)
