Menu (with Free Text)
Menus are listsIn lists objects are represented by small icons and object names. Icons help you to recognize object types. Press a keyboard character (a letter or a digit) to jump to the list item that starts from this character. The first matching item will be chosen, counting from the top of the list. which allow selecting one item from the list. A Free Text edit box can be added for freeform answers.
Select Mandatory if you do not want the user to skip answering this question. The Save button will be disabled until the user answers the question which is marked as mandatory.
All the questions are ordered by their position values in ascending order, from lowest to highest. A position can be any negative or positive integer number.
Info text is the text shown right under the name of a question.

Answer options are separate options used, for example, in menus, checkboxes, radio-buttons. Each new option should be located on a new line.
The Description field is not shown in a questionnaire and can be used for internal comments about the question.
