Name

Name is the title of the question.

For example, Customer Satisfaction is the question name:

Question Types

Question type define the look and structure of a question.

Free Text

In free text fields, answer text can be typed in free form:

Number fields allow integer values within limits set by Value Range:

Checkboxes (with Free Text)

Checkboxes allow selecting any number of options. A Free Text edit box can be added for freeform answers.

Radio Buttons (with Free Text)

Radio-buttons allow selecting one of the available options only. A Free Text edit box can be added for freeform answers.

Menu (with Free Text)

Menus are lists In lists objects are represented by small icons and object names. Icons help you to recognize object types. Press a keyboard character (a letter or a digit) to jump to the list item that starts from this character. The first matching item will be chosen, counting from the top of the list. which allow selecting one item from the list. A Free Text edit box can be added for freeform answers.

Mandatory check box

Select Mandatory if you do not want the user to skip answering this question. The Save button will be disabled until the user answers the question which is marked as mandatory.

Position

All the questions are ordered by their position values in ascending order, from lowest to highest. A position can be any negative or positive integer number.

Info Text

Info text is the text shown right under the name of a question.

For example:

The info text above will be shown under the question name:

Answer Options

Answer options are separate options used, for example, in menus, checkboxes, radio-buttons. Each new option should be located on a new line.

Description

The Description field is not shown in a questionnaire and can be used for internal comments about the question.
