Questionnaire Fields

Name

Name is a mandatory field which is not shown in the event’s questionnaire page.

Start/End Date

The start and end dates of the questionnaire define the time period within which the questionnaire can be used in events. An event’s start and end dates must be within this period of time.

Phase

The following standard phases are available:

• Active. If a questionnaire is used for current events then it should be in this phase In Vine Marketing, a phase is an independent stage of a query. It has its operation type and criteria loaded in its Contents field. to be open in event edit form.

• Closed. Questionnaires for events in the past.

• Planning. This is a phase which not currently used questionnaires should have. Questionnaires in this phase are not shown in event edit form.

Event Type

Only events of the selected type will be possible to use with this questionnaire.

Default Questionnaire

Select Default Questionnaire if you want this questionnaire to be used for companies which have no questionnaire connected Vine objects are linked to each other by connections. Vine shows an object together with links to all objects directly connected to it..

An event to show this questionnaire must have connections to the current user and a company. The default questionnaire must be connected to the current person.

Description

Description is not shown in an event survey form and can be used for internal comments about a questionnaire object All information in Vine is stored in the server database as named objects of different types. Examples: a company, a person, an event, a sales case..
