Send Email action changed

A new Send Email action has replaced the previous one. The most important changes are as follows:

• Only sending to the lead (the person set in the Do this action to field) is possible.
• Removed possibility to send text email (there is a new Send Text Email action now). Only sending of saved emails is allowed.
• Removed "Raise Lead" checkbox (there is a new Raise Lead action now).
• Old Send Email actions are still supported. They run in automations and can be edited, but new actions of the old type cannot be created.

New Send Text Email action

A new Send Text Email action added. It sends a text email to the lead (person set in the Do this action to field).

You can use the @-notation to add fields of the lead to email subject and body.

New Send Internal Email action

A new Send Internal Email action added. It sends a text email to a list of internal email addresses (for example, email addresses within your company).

You can use the @-notation to add fields of the lead to email subject and body.

New Raise Lead action

A new separate action Raise Lead added instead of Raise Lead checkboxes in Add Event and Send Email actions.

Web Links in Web Forms

It is now possible to add a web link to a web form.

Updated "View All Data" page

The "View All Data" page (required by the GDPR law) which shows data collected from a person's actions now includes an IP where the person connected from and a browser or email application type.

More Address Service Data

The amount of data available in Vine Address Service has been remarkably increased, bringing the total number of available key persons to more than 500 k and companies to about 500 k.

Improvements and fixes

Many improvements and fixes done. The most important ones are as follows:

• Now Vine CRM does not allow creating a new person having the same phone or email as a forgotten person.
• New fields added to the project object type in Vine CRM
• "Raise Lead" checkbox removed in Add Event automation action, but supported for old Add Event actions.
• The My Sales Visits and My Sales Calls gauges on the Sales and Management Today pages in Vine CRM now show the ratio of only visits and calls which already happened vs. planned number of those. Earlier these gauges considered as "done" ALL scheduled events for this month, including ones which not yet happened.
• Fixed bug when in certain cases event could be shown for wrong day in Vine CRM calendar.
