New in Automation Rules

New possibilities for If/Else action:

• Document downloaded. You can now use an If/Else action to check if a specific document has been downloaded by the action person.
• Marketing Activity. You can use an If/Else action to check if the action person had a specific marketing activity.
• Adding tags. Now if you are using a tag condition you can type a new tag right in the list In lists objects are represented by small icons and object names. Icons help you to recognize object types. Press a keyboard character (a letter or a digit) to jump to the list item that starts from this character. The first matching item will be chosen, counting from the top of the list. of tags and the tag will be automatically added.

New in Web Forms

• You can now add Multiple custom fields of the same type to a form. The added custom fields will be automatically given unique internal names or you can specify those.
• If you need a form which can be used for entering data on leads without registering the current user you can now select "Lead form" in the form settings. Then, for example, the form can be used by your sales person to enter data about new leads without overwriting the sales person's own data.
• You can now change the look of your form directly by entering CSS in the new "CSS text" field in the form settings.
• Several minor fixes and improvements done.

Marketing Automation Web Tool

There will be soon available a totally new web based Marketing Automation Tool. You will be able to use it to do all your marketing activity and analysis from one place. It will include all the required instruments for email marketing campaigns, tools to automate marketing actions, and informative dashboards about your Customers, Prospects, and Web site visits.
