You can call a person using the My Call List or when you open a person in other places. If you open a

You can tap a phone icon or link to make a call. Whenever a call is made an unreported call event is created.
After the call a follow-up menu will automatically pop up:
•Tap Report call to edit the unreported event and save it as a reported call event:
If the event has a connected questionnaire then it will open and you can collect customer feedback:
•Tap Did not answer to delay the call for 24 hours (and increase the counter of calls)
•Book new call. Opens the call event so that you can edit the event and its time.
•Book a meeting.
•Delete. Deletes the current unreported call.
