Sales Case Fields

Name

Name is automatically combined from the Subject field and the Company field. You cannot edit it directly.

Link Fields

Company, Contact, and Sales Person are link fields.

Unless the administrator set it otherwise, you can:

• Link a company to the sales case with a connection Vine objects are linked to each other by connections. Vine shows an object together with links to all objects directly connected to it. of the Customer-Sales Case type using the Company field.

• Link a person to the sales case with a connection of the Contact-Sales Case Contact type using the Contact field.

• Link a person to the sales case with a connection of the Sales Person-Sales Responsibility type using the Sales Person field.

Phase

Choose the phase In Vine Marketing, a phase is an independent stage of a query. It has its operation type and criteria loaded in its Contents field. of the sales case from the Phase pop-up menu.

The functionality of the wizard pages and fields depend on sales case phase. For example, if the Phase is Customer Needs then only one page is available.

Access Rights
